BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND…. Available during LUNCH every MONDAY through FRIDAY from OPEN to 3 P.M.


Our “All You Can Eat” Chile, Soup, Salad & Taco Bar is priced at only $12.95 per person, or $8.95 for Kids up to age 7. Sam offers up fresh Soups daily, Chile con Carne, Muffins, Salad Greens ‘n Dressings, seasonal Fruits… and, all the Corn shell, seasoned Ground Beef Tacos ‘n fixins’ you can muster, including diced Tomatoes, Cheeses, Onions, Olives Jalapenos, Pico de Gallo and Sour Cream. You will also find such items as Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Seafood Salad or Three Bean Salad, depending on Sam’s “creative mood”. Step right up and start fillin’ your plate and satisfyin’ your taste buds.

CHICKEN FAJITA CAESAR WRAP 

A Flour tortilla “rolled ‘n stuffed” sliced Fajita marinated Chicken Breast along with  Romaine Lettuce tossed in our homemade garlicy Caesar dressing with  Parmesan Cheese… served with Sam’s Fries. 


Chicken and Sour Cream Burrito Verde 

A Chicken and Sour Cream Burrito smothered in Taos Green Chili and  melted cheese. Served with Spanish Rice, lettuce and tomato. 


Sloppy Jose'

An "open face" Sam-Wich of Seasoned Ground Beef smothered with Chili con Queso and melted cheese. Served with Sam's Potato Fries.


Del Rio Burrito 

A 8” flour tortilla filled with Seasoned Ground Beef and Refried Beans,  smothered with Enchilada Sauce and melted cheese. Served with Spanish  Rice, lettuce, tomato and sour cream. 


Lunch Cowboy Quesadilla 

Plain and simple. Sliced Chicken, Jack and Cheddar Cheese baked in an 8” Flour tortilla. Garnished with lettuce, tomato and sour cream. 


SAM’S OTHER FAVORITE 

A Pepe’s Chicken Enchilada smothered with Taos Green Chili alongside a crispy Corn Shell Ground Beef Taco. Served with Spanish Rice, lettuce, tomato and sour cream. 


Arroz con Pollo

A casserole dish filled with Spanish Rice, pulled Chicken, roasted corn, tomato and cilantro salsa; smothered with your choice of Taos Green Chile or Chile con Queso and finished with melted Jack and Cheddar cheese.

Order a DINNER with a Minimum value of $7.75 SUNDAY through THURSDAY, have your card validated by your server, on your 6th visit, after 5 validations, receive up to $10.00 off the Cardholder’s dinner.

The luncheon club card

Come in for LUNCH MONDAY through FRIDAY, spend at least $6.99 on food for your lunch, have your Club Card validated by your server, on your 6th visit, when you have 5 validations on your card, receive up to $6.99 off [food only] the Cardholder’s lunch.
