Hyannis, Ma Sam Diego's
From RT 6 Mid-Cape highway:
Take exit number 6 (Barnstable/Hyannis) off Rte. 6 (Mid-Cape Highway). Keep left at the fork in the ramp, then a right at the second ramp. You will then merge onto MA-132/Iyannough Rd. San Diego's will be about 2 miles down on the left hand side.

Plymouth, Ma Sam Diego's
From the Mass Pike:
Take I-93 N. Take the RT-3 S exit (exit 7) towards Cape Cod. Merge onto MA-3 S. Take the US-44 E exit (exit 6A) towards PLYMOUTH CTR. Merge onto US-44/Samoset St. Turn RIGHT onto Court St/MA-3A. Court St. become Main Street. Sam Diego's is building number 51.
